Remodel Update

It’s been a minute since I’ve provided an update on my master bath/closet remodel project.  Yes, it is still ongoing (remember that procrastination post?) but I am finally making good progress.  The dry wall is all covered in mud and smoothed out, textured, and painted (or ready for tile).

I’ve actually cut some tile to fit the cubbies and hopefully, I’ll be installing tile this weekend.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel!  So far, the most challenging part of this project was the mud work.  I don’t enjoy it much and it takes incredible patience, but my persistence paid off and it looks pretty good.  It’s nice to see visible change.  It seemed like the drywall was under mud and waiting for so long before I could paint and prep for tile.  More to come, it should start moving a little faster!
